From September 26 to November 30, InterContinental Taichung presents the Golden Autumn Crab Feast, curated by Chinese Executive Chef Johnson Wu, across two signature venues: Michelin Guide-selected Ming Juan Lou and Cantonese hot pot restaurant Cai Yue Hot Pot.

A hot pot set for two highlighting Taiwanese flower crab, handmade crab paste, and golden moon dumplings, complemented by lobster bisque or Penghu seafood broth. Fresh fish from Penghu, Taitung grass shrimp, and seasonal vegetables create a feast of warmth and abundance.
