From May 8 to Jul 31, 2026, Cai Yue Hot Pot presents the “Radiant Festival” Upgraded Duo Set Menu — a mountain-and-sea feast built around the ceremonial art of Cantonese-style broth appreciation, unfolding in warm, layered depth.

Guests may choose from three signature broths: the “He Shu Maqaw Pepper Pork Tripe & Chicken Soup”, warming and aromatic with a well-defined spice character; the “Rich Seafood Fish Broth”, slow-simmered from fish bones to deliver a full-bodied, composed umami depth; and the Mother’s Day exclusive, “Chinese Yam & Cordyceps Nourishing Chicken Soup” — the star of this occasion. The chef slow-braises a free-range hen as the base, weaving in the velvety texture of Chinese yam and the gentle nourishment of cordyceps, yielding a broth that is clear in appearance yet rich in layered complexity. Silky and soothing on the palate — nourishing without heaviness — it perfectly mirrors the luminous, softly radiant spirit of the Goddess.

All three broths are presented within a full tableside broth ceremony. As the soup reaches a rolling boil, a dedicated server guides guests through a curated sequence: Boston lobster, Hokki clam, Japanese scallop, and seasonal ocean fish are cooked first, followed by Shinshu A5 Wagyu chuck flap and Ibérico pork collar, rounded off with seasonal mountain delicacies and locally sourced vegetables. Each ingredient is introduced at its ideal moment, unfolding gradually through the rising steam — from clean, sweet freshness to a deep, lingering finish — composing a radiant, revitalizing encounter where mountain meets sea.
